The material comprises, by weight, 24-30 parts of waste tire particles, 16-20 parts of sand and 8-10parts of polyurethane glue. The waste tire particles are black granular chippings obtained by mechanically cutting and crushing waste tires, and the diameter of each waste tire particle is 1-3mm; thesand is cleaned dry sand, and the diameter of the sand is 1-3 mm; and the glue is polyurethane glue.
