The microwave dielectric ceramic material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40%-50% of BaTiO3 powder, 42%-52% of TiO2 powder, 5%-10% of ZnO powder, 0.5%-3% of CuO powder, 0.1%-0.3% of ZrO2 powder and 0.2%-0.4% of La2O3 powder. The preparation method of the microwave dielectric ceramic material comprises the following steps: step 1, burdening and ball-milling; step 2, drying and granulating; step 3, compression molding; and step 4, sintering.
