| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a ceramic rock plate hot-working bending forming device and method. The forming device comprises arc-shaped plates arranged in a base body of a supporting base, multiple silicon carbide tubes arranged at the bottoms of the arc-shaped plates in an arc-shaped mode, a ceramic rock plate arranged on the tops of the arc-shaped plates, limiting pieces located on the two sides ofthe ceramic rock plate and penetrating out of the base wall of the supporting base, balance weight pieces and fastening pieces. The forming method comprises the following steps of (1) horizontally placing the ceramic rock plate on an arc-shaped surface which is formed by assembling the multiple silicon carbide tubes in an arc-shaped arrangement mode according to the curvature radiuses of the arc-shaped plates; (2) limiting and fixing the ceramic rock plate through the limiting pieces on the two sides of the ceramic rock plate, symmetrically loading the balance weight pieces with different loads on the edge of the cer |
