Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrathin strip. A rotary cooling roller melt-spinning device is adopted. Alloy liquid which is prepared according to alloy components and smelted evenly is sprayed downwards to the surface of a cooling roller rotating rapidly through a nozzle with a slit, the position deviating from the highest point of the cooling roller by an angle alpha in thedirection opposite to the rotating direction of the cooling roller is cooled rapidly, the ultrathin strip is formed, and the angle alpha ranges from 5 degrees to 45 degrees; and the method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) setting a strip spraying position on the cooling roller; (2) pouring alloy liquid; and (3) spraying the strip.
