Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a fusion strain. According to the method, lactobacillus plantarum and bacillus licheniformis are used as parent strains, and through fusion of inactivated amphiphilic protoplast and screening aiming at acid production, bacteriostasis and high temperature resistance, the fusion strain is obtained. Experiments prove that the fusion strain which can produce acid and has enzyme production, stress resistance and high temperature resistance of spore bacteria can be prepared by the method for preparing the fusion strain.
