Method for preparing low-speed tire material from reclaimed rubber

The invention provides a method for preparing a low-speed tire with relatively high strength, relatively high elasticity, aging resistance and wear resistance by utilizing regenerated rubber. The method comprises the following steps: mixing regenerated rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, and carbon black(N220/N330), stearic acid and silicon dioxide (white carbon black); diatomite and C9 resin, epoxy resin, zinc oxide and anti-aging agent, microcrystalline wax, a siloxane coupling agent, nylon 66, maleic anhydride, TCP (tricresyl phosphate), DBP (dibutyl phthalate), CBS (N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide) and S(sulfur) according to a certain proportion; mixing through an internal mixer/double-roller open mill; and obtaining the regenerated rubber low-speed tire material with excellent performance.
