The rapidly-dispersed particle reclaimed rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of whole tire rubber powder of a truck tire, 15-20 parts of a swelling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a multifunctional dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of a tackifier, 0.5-2 parts of reinforcing resin and 1-2.5 parts of a coupling agent, wherein the whole tire rubber powder of the truck tire is derived from a steel wire radial tire of which the specification is 9.00-12.00, and the multifunctional dispersing agent is a mixture of higher fatty acid salt, polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate and an antioxidant.
