Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an efficient preparation method of human recombinant interferon B. The method comprises the following steps: fusing a leucine zipper 1, a ubiquitin-like modified molecule carboxyl terminal and interferon B, and performing efficient expression in a yeast system to obtain leucine zipper 1-ubiquitin-like modified molecule carboxyl terminal-interferon B fusion protein; and mixing the fusion protein with ubiquitin-like modified molecule amino terminal-leucine zipper 2 protein molecules, enabling leucine zipper 1 and leucine zipper 2 to interact to form a leucine zipper dimer, recombining the carboxyl terminal of ubiquitin-like modified molecule and the amino terminal of ubiquitin-like modified molecules to form a complete ubiquitin-like molecular reconstruction product,and treating the reconstruction product with ubiquitin-like modified molecule specific protease so as to obtain the recombinant human interferon B with a structure and functions similar to those of natural human interferon B
