The invention discloses a continuous production process for a plastic freshness-retaining bag. The continuous production process comprises the following main steps: waste heat heating; waste heat gasflow transduction; intermittent hydraulic pressing; hot-pressing, bonding and point-breaking; and roller roll collecting. Production equipment used by the continuous production process for the plasticfreshness-retaining bag comprises a waste heat air hose box, a first roller shaft, a second roller shaft and a workbench, wherein an upper cantilever tube and a lower cantilever tube are separately mounted at the two ends of the waste heat air hose box.
