Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of functional textile materials and biomedical materials, and discloses an antibacterial healing-promoting spunlace non-woven fabric dressing and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting a cleaned and dried spunlace non-woven fabric into a mixed solution of 2-methylimidazole and zinc salt, performing standing ageing, taking out and naturally drying the fabric, soaking the fabric into a recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) solution, carrying out rhEGF adsorption, and carrying out vacuumdrying to prepare the antibacterial healing-promoting spunlace non-woven fabric dressing. According to the invention, the rhEGF is directly adsorbed by utilizing the ultrahigh adsorption performance of ZIF-8, so that stable loading and long-acting sustained drug sustained release of the rhEGF on the ZIF-8 coated spunlace non-woven fabric are realized.
