The modified milk powder comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of lactose, 200-300 parts of bovine colostrum powder, 150-400 parts of desalted whey powder, 50-100 parts of composite vegetable oil, 80-100 parts of dietary fibers, 100-150 parts of erythritol, 8-15 parts of sambucus williamsii fruit powder, 5-10 parts of acerola cherry powder, 1-3 parts of lactoferrin, 0.5-1 part of phospholipid, 1-2 parts of L-sodium ascorbate, 0.1-0.5 part of bifidobacterium animalis Bb-12, 0.05-0.2 part of N-acetylneuraminic acid, 0.5-1 part of yeast beta-glucan and 0.01-0.05 part of bifidobacterium lactis HN-019.
