The method comprises the steps that a mobile phone APP program obtains battery BMS control authority; the mobile phone APP program sends a batterystate query instruction to obtain closing or opening information of a battery discharge port; the mobile phone APP program sends a battery anti-theft instruction request to the cloud server; the cloudserver generates a dynamic verification code of the battery anti-theft instruction; if the mobile phone APP program fails to receive the dynamic verification code, the dynamic instruction mode of thecurrent battery BMS is protocol interception cracking; if the mobile phone APP program successfully receives the dynamic verification code, the mobile phone APP program sends encryption protocol content to the battery BMS, and writing of a battery anti-theft instruction is completed; and the battery BMS controls the battery discharge port to be closed.
