Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production line multi-unit real-time synchronous simulation method and system based on interpolation data and belongs to the field of virtual simulation and computer assistance. The method comprises steps of independently building a simulation model for each production unit on a production line, and enabling the simulation models to be used for describing the surface geometrical shapes and motion states of the production units; writing interpolation data into a pre-created public cache region according to a preset writing frequency by utilizing the writing thread; foreach production unit, a simulation thread being used for reading interpolation data from the public cache region after each time of writing of the interpolation data is finished, a corresponding simulation model being imported, and a motion state of the production unit being simulated; through simulation of the motion state of each production unit, simulation of the motion state of the whole production line is realized. |
