The method comprises steps of S10, obtaining a task setto construct a complex workflow model; S20, constructing a parent population based on the complex workflow model and initializing the parent population; S30, generating a mixed population based on the parent population; S40, sorting the individuals of the mixed population by using a third-generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm to form a plurality of non-dominated layers; S50, calculating an extreme point of each optimization target of the mixed population; and S60, constructing a three-dimensional coordinate plane based on each extreme point, calculating an intercept value from acoordinate axis to the three-dimensional coordinate plane, and performing iterative updating on the parent population by utilizing the intercept value and the non-dominated layer.
