The invention provides a relay positioning test device and relay test equipment using the same. The relay positioning test device comprises: a base, wherein the base is provided with at least one group of probes, each group of probes comprises two probes, and each probe is provided with a connecting part electrically connected with an access terminal of test equipment and a contact head contactedand electrically connected with a relay terminal; a relay positioning plate which is supported and arranged above the base through an elastic piece, wherein at least one positioning groove is formed in the relay positioning plate, and a through hole for the contact heads of the group of probes to penetrate through is formed in the bottom of the positioning groove; and an upper pressing plate whichis mounted on the base in an up-and-down moving manner and is used for pressing the relay on the relay positioning plate when moving downwards, so that the relay positioning plate compresses the elastic piece to move downward
