The method comprises the steps that air parameters are monitored before a unit carries out defrosting; a corresponding defrosting voltage is determined according to the air parameters; and a voltage transformation device is controlled to perform voltage transformation, so that the input voltage of the defrosting device is the defrosting voltage. According to the defrosting control method, the voltage transformation device is additionally arranged in a refrigerator, the input voltage of the defrosting device can be changed according to requirements, and the limitation of the input voltage of the refrigerator is avoided.
