A method comprises the following steps of: carrying out steelmaking after molten iron is desulfurized; carrying out RH vacuum treatment; carrying out continuous casting; heating a castingblank; stacking and naturally cooling to room temperature; carrying out rough rolling; carrying out finish rolling; spinning; carrying out heat preservation; and standing by.
