Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides rhBNP modified by polyethylene glycol and application of the rhBNP modified by polyethylene glycol. Specifically, the invention provides modified rhBNP with an N-terminal aminogroup coupled with a polyethylene glycol aldehyde derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also provides application of the modified rhBNP in preparation of drugs for treating heart diseases.
