The method comprises the steps of obtaining product information of a to-be-recommended bank product;performing feature engineering processing on the product information of the to-be-recommended bank product to generate a product portrait of the to-be-recommended bank product; and according to the product portrait of the to-be-recommended bank product, determining user portraits corresponding to the product portraits according to the product portraits and a pre-established association model, theassociation model being pre-established according to historical product portraits and historical user portraits, the historical product portraits being generated according to historical product information, and the historical user portraits being generated according to historical user information; and extracting a target user list from a database according to the user portrait.
