The invention discloses a monorail manned trolley which comprises a trolley body, an advancing device and a driving device. The trolley body comprises a trolley body framework, trolley body baffles and a door leave. The trolley body framework is of a cubic structure, one side face of the framework is connected with the door leave through hinges, and trolley body baffles are fixedly arranged on theother three side faces and the bottom face of the trolley body framework. The advancing device is arranged on the upper side of the top of the trolley body framework and comprises a single-rail framework and a walking wheel system. The walking wheel system is mounted in the monorail framework; the monorail framework is of an H-shaped structure. The driving device comprises a driving part and a transmission part; the driving part is arranged in the trolley body framework and is in transmission connection with the transmission part; the transmission part is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the monorail framework and i
