Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dual-gene probe-method real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR kit for detecting a duck tembusu virus and application. The fluorescent quantitative PCR kit contains primer pairs and probes shown in SEQ ID No. 1 to SEQ ID No. 6, a standard plasmid and a fluorescent quantitative PCR reagent. The dual-gene fluorescent quantitative PCR kit disclosed by the invention can be used for detecting the duck tembusu virus, is high in specificity and good in repeatability, can only be specifically conjugated with the duck tembusu virus and is free of cross reaction with other duck-derived viruses; and the kit has relatively high sensitivity and has an excellent linear relationship under the condition that a standard is in a copy range of 1*10 to 1*10 .
