The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing sulphoaluminate cement, slag, fly ash and a self-stress component in parts by weight to obtain a component A; mixing and dissolving industrial waste alkali, a water reducing agent and an exciting agent in water to obtain a component B; and mixing the two components to obtain the grouting reinforcement material.
