The tartary buckwheat and inulin pearl milk tea is characterized by being prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of nonfat dry milk powder, 40-50 parts of non-dairy creamer, 15-20 parts of tea powder, 5-10 parts of inulin, 10-20 parts of tartary buckwheat powder, 10-20 parts of peanut pulp, 5-10 parts of maltose, 10-15 parts of inulin pearls and 5-10 parts of a compound stabilizer. The pearl milk tea provided by the invention adopts a manner of mixing nutrient plants including the inulin, tartary buckwheat and the like, so that the pearl milk tea meets own hobbies and does not cause excessive pressure on bodies.
