The vein recognition input and output device comprises a shell, aPCB arranged in the shell, an image collector arranged on the front side of the shell and an interface assembly arranged on the shell. A microprocessor is arranged on the PCB; the microprocessor is used for preprocessing a palm vein image collected by the image collector to obtain a target palm vein image and extracting a palm vein feature set in the target palm vein image; the microprocessor isalso used for matching a palm vein feature set with each curvature grayscale feature matrix stored in a preset vein image database based on a palm vein matching method based on multi-feature thresholdfusion, and finding out a corresponding matching result to complete palm vein recognition.
