Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heat source loading method suitable for a complex large component, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a thermoelastic-plastic finite element model of a typical joint, and determining a thermal cycle curve of a central position of a weld joint; zooming the thermal cycle curve in time according to the actual welding process to obtain a thermal cycle curveserving as a welding heat source; realizing a facth that a plurality of weld joints in the thermoelastic-plastic finite element model are equivalent to one weld joint, and loading a thermal cycle curve serving as a welding heat source. The invention further discloses a corresponding system.
