Zusammenfassung: | An electromagnetic loading device and method for testing mechanical parameters of a high-speed motorized spindle are characterized in that the device comprises two structures, the first structure is used for testing static stiffness of the high-speed motorized spindle, and the second structure is used for testing modal parameters of the high-speed motorized spindle. According to the device, electromagnetic force generated by four groups of electromagnets is used for applying radial force with a certain magnitude or sine excitation with a certain frequency to a motorized spindle in a high-speedrotating state, the force loading amount and a displacement signal/vibration signal of the motorized spindle can be collected through a force sensor and a displacement sensor, and static stiffness and modal parameters of the motorized spindle in a high-speed rotation state can be obtained through data processing of a mobile workstation.
