The tray detection device comprises a support which is arranged on the outer wall of a high-temperature furnace and isopposite to a tray moving along an initial direction; a detection part, wherein the position of the detection part is adjustable, and the detection part is installed on the support and partially extends into the high-temperature furnace; and an induction part installed on the support and arranged corresponding to the detection part, wherein the tray moves to the corner in the initial direction topush a stretching-in part of the detection part, the detection part is made to move out of the high-temperature furnace, and therefore the induction part detects that the position of the detection part is changed to determine that the tray reaches the corner.
