Industrial circulating cooling system

The invention provides an industrial circulating cooling system. The industrial circulating cooling system comprises a heat pump, and the heat pump comprises a heat absorption end and a heat release end. The heat absorption end communicates with cooled equipment and a water pump through pipelines to form a circulating loop, and and the heat pump, the cooled equipment and the water pump form a coldcirculating system. The heat release end communicates with a waste heat utilization system and a second water pump through pipelines to form a circulation loop, and the heat pump, the waste heat utilization system and the second water pump form a heat-supply network circulation system. When the industrial circulating cooling system is used, the using amount of circulating water can be saved, andthe using amount of make-up water is reduced. Meanwhile, the heat pump communicates with the heat-supply network circulating system, so that the heat pump transfers heat absorbed in the cold circulating system to the heat-supp
