The self-driving well comprises a straight well section, at least one production well section and at least one injection well section, wherein the straight well section is provided with an oil pipe and a casing pipe, the casing pipe is arranged outside the oil pipe in a sleeving mode, and an oil sleeve annulus is formed between the oil pipe and the casing pipe; the production well sections are located in an underground reservoir, the production well sections communicate with the oil pipe to form a production channel, and a first production mechanism is arranged in the production channel; and the injection well sections are located in the reservoir, and theinjection well sections communicate with the oil sleeve annulus to form an injection and production channel. The invention further provides a production method of the self-driving well capable of achieving self-injection and
