Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of a porcine Crabp2 gene to regulation and control of porcine follicular granulosa cell apoptosis. According to the invention, a porcine Crabp2 overexpression vector is successfully constructed, and intracellular expression is realized by transfecting porcine follicular granulosa cells. The inventor finds that overexpression of Cabp2 can reduce the apoptosisrate of porcine follicular granulosa cells, promote expression of granulosa cell apoptosis related genes Bcl-2 and inhibit expression of Bax, Caspase-3, Fas and FasL, and then the anti-apoptosis regulation and control effect is achieved in the porcine follicular granulosa cells. 本发明公开了猪Crabp2基因在调控猪卵泡颗粒细胞凋亡上的应用,本发明成功构建猪Crabp2过表达载体并通过转染猪卵泡颗粒细胞实现细胞内表达。发现Crabp2过表达可降低猪卵泡颗粒细胞的凋亡率,促进颗粒细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2的表达,抑制Bax、Caspase-3、Fas和FasL的表达,进而在猪卵泡颗粒细胞中发挥抗凋亡的调控作用。
