Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a thermal response dual-network hydrogel dressing; the prepared hydrogel dressing is composed of two parts, namely a fragile and rigid physical cross-linked network as a reversible switch and a soft and flexible chemical cross-linked network. The OSG is successfully prepared by introducing Schiff base (-N=C) into a polymer structure as a reticular point; due to the successful introduction of the shape memory net point, the OSG shows an effective thermal response shape memory characteristic when Ttrans (38 DEG C) is close to a physiological temperature. The OSG hydrogel disclosed by the invention has enough mechanical capacity and histocompatibility for wound healing, promotes wound tissue remodeling, and can self-contract attached skin from aslender shape after thermal stimulation so as to noninvasively close an incision. The OSG disclosed by the invention is simple in use method, is an attractive suture substitute, and has a wide marketprospect.
