The invention discloses an elastomer capable of being repeatedly processed, which is characterized in that the elastomer comprises following raw materials in parts by mole: 0.1 to 2 parts of a conjugated diene polar monomer containing functional groups, 8 to 10 parts of a non-polar comonomer, 0.1 to 2 parts of a shielding agent, 0.00001 to 0.0001 part of a polymerization catalyst, 25 to 75 parts of a solvent B and 0.1 to 2.5 parts of a cross-linking agent; the conjugated diene polar monomer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mole: 5-8.5 parts of a Lewis base, 40-80 parts of a solvent A, 5-7.5 parts of a compound containing a functional group, 5-5.5 parts of epoxy myrcene and 5-7.5 parts of a dehydration catalyst; the functional group is at least one of epoxy, pyridine, furan, aldehyde and ester groups.
