Zusammenfassung: | A method of purifying saponin includes steps of: providing a pseudo-ginseng crude extract including a weakly retentive component, an intermediate retentive component, and a strongly retentive component, wherein the intermediate retention component comprises notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1, and the strong retention component comprises ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rd; separating the intermediate retentive component from the strong retentive component in the pseudo-ginseng crude extract by simulated moving bed chromatography. By applying the simulated moving bed chromatography, weak-retentivity components, including intermediate-retentivity components of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rg1, and strong-retentivity components of ginsenoside Rb1 and ginsenoside Rd in the pseudo-ginseng crude extract can be separated to generate high-purity saponin.
