Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a semi-continuous process and device for synthesizing sodium bis(2-hydroxyethyl) 5-sulphonatoisophthalate with a high ester exchange rate through catalytic reaction distillation. The device comprises a pre-transesterification reaction kettle, an intermediate storage tank, a final transesterification reaction rectifying tower, a product blending tank and a finished product tank, wherein a condensing tower is arranged at the top of the pre-transesterification reaction kettle; a condenser is arranged at the top of the final transesterification reaction rectifying tower; the condensing tower at the top of the pre-transesterification reaction kettle, the intermediate storage tank and the condenser at the top of thefinal transesterification reaction rectifying tower are all connected with a methanol tank.
