The control method of the scribing device can comprise the following steps that the initial position of the second cutter wheel is set; and setting the initial position of the first cutter wheel. The step of setting the initial position of the second cutter wheel may include a step of setting the position of the second cutter wheel as the initial position of the second cutter wheel when the second cutter wheel is moved and the upper end of the second cutter wheel is placed on the same plane as the top surface of the conveyor belt.
