Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an emergency online system based on an urban medical center. The emergency online system comprises a medical emergency management system, which comprises an online emergency module, an offline emergency module, an emergency linkage module, a central control module, a material distribution module, a data synchronization module and a material return module. According to the invention, medical instruments needing to be disinfected are put into a disinfection box, the disinfection box is driven by a lifting mechanism to move downwards, water is injected through a water inlet pipeline, injecting is stopped when the water level rises to half of the disinfection box, a heating mechanism heats the water, high temperature is used for disinfecting the medical instruments, after disinfection is completed, the lifting mechanism drives the disinfection box to move upwards to return to the initial position, and a drying mechanism generates heat to dry the disinfected medicalinstruments and the water
