The medicine temporary storage cabinet comprises a plurality of storage cells used for storingmedicine, a first operation surface used for being operated by a medicine dispenser, a second operation surface used for being operated by a medicine taker and a main control module. Each storage cell comprises a first door facing a medicine dispenser and a second door facing a medicine taker. The first doors of the storage cells and the first operation surface are arranged on the same side of the medicine temporary storage cabinet, and the second doors of the storage cells and the second operation surface are arranged on the other side of the medicine temporary storage cabinet. Each main control module receives an operation instruction for dispensing and recovering the medicine from the first operation surface, obtains an operation instruction for registering and taking the medicine fromthe second operation surf
