The method comprises the following steps that required material information is acquired through stress-strain curves of different rod body materials; during main program pretreatment modeling, anchor rod/anchor cable structures are grouped and named according to regulations; the main program calls a material information file, a material information reading file and a material information endowing file to complete writing, reading and endowing of material information; and at the end of each calculation step, the hardening and softening fracture file is called to control the constitutive relation of the anchor rod/anchor cable structure, and hardening and softening fracture of the anchor rod/anchor cable structure is achieved.
