Method and system for processing pictures and texts

The invention provides a method for processing a picture and a text, which comprises the following steps of: analyzing the picture and the text to obtain a plurality of statements; determining a corresponding relationship between each statement in the plurality of statements and a picture; generating an image-text outline according to the corresponding relationship between the statement and the picture; obtaining a reading voice configuration related to the text; and generating a structured video draft according to the reading voice configuration and the image-text outline.
