The invention provides a metal structure coating quality control method. The metal structure coating quality control method comprises the steps of: appearance detection: conducting appearance detection on a metal structure coating through magnifying optical equipment; a thickness uniformity analysis test: carrying out thickness uniformity analysis on a part plating by adopting a metallographic microscope method; a coating binding force test: rubbing the surface of the coating, and/or brushing the surface of the coating by using a fine metal wheel on a brushing machine, and/or heating the coating, and observing whether the surface of the coating bubbles, peels or falls off or not; and a plating porosity test: dripping a concentrated hydrochloric acid solution onto the surface of the coating, and observing whether bubbles appear on the surface of the coating or not.
