Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-vivo heparin real-time monitoring device based on a micro-fluidic chip. The device comprises a micro-dialysis probe for obtaining a sample to be tested and the micro-fluidic chip, and a to-be-tested sample and a detection reagent are fully mixed in the micro-fluidic chip; the device further comprises a fluorescence measuring instrument which is arranged at the tail end of the micro-fluidic chip and is used for observing a fluorescence measurement value after the sample and the detection reagent are mixed; and a data processing unit which is connected with the fluorescence measuring instrument and used for obtaining the heparin concentration according to the fluorescence measurement value. The device has the advantages of high sensitivity and high analysis speed.
