The method comprises the steps of obtaining a real-time pressure detection value between the vehiclebolt and a cover plate corresponding to the vehicle bolt; substituting the real-time pressure detection value into a preset relational expression between a pressure parameter and a moment parameter,and calculating to obtain a tightening moment of the vehicle bolt; if the tightening torque is smaller than a preset minimum fastening value, generating a corresponding unfastened early warning signal; and if the tightening torque is larger than the preset highest fastening value, generating a corresponding over-fastening early warning signal.
