The system includes a temperature detection unit, a timing triggering unit, a heat absorption variationanalysis unit, a dirt rate prediction unit, a heating device performance analysis unit and a prompt warning unit. Heating accumulated time required for heating a same temperature value is collected and dirt rate prediction unit is combined to calculate the quality change rate of the dirt generated in the heating process of a water tank, the quality of the dirt generated in the water tank and corresponding danger level can be calculated according to the dirt quality change rate, and bacterium and scale in the water tank are analyzed comprehensively to determine whether the water tank needs tobe subjected to cleaning treatment.
