Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to equipment for automobiles in the transportation industry, and especially relates to a hydraulic retarder with controllable pressure inside a fuel tank. The fuel tank is connected with a pressure sensor; a water temperature sensor is connected to a cooling water outlet pipeline of a heat exchanger; the upper portion of an oil layer in the heat exchanger communicates with the fuel tank through an oil inlet pipeline, and the lower portion of the oil layer is connected with a rotor through a bypass oil return pipeline; an oil inlet of a stator is connected to the fuel tankthrough an oil inlet pipeline I; an oil outlet of the stator is connected with a throttling valve and a one-way valve through an oil inlet pipeline II in series, and finally connected with the bypassoil return pipeline to the oil layer of the heat exchanger; and a lubricating oil pump is connected to the bottom of the fuel tank through a lubricating oil pump oil absorption pipeline.
