The system comprises a valve body, and is characterized by further comprising an oil motor, a connecting rod, an LVDT iron core, an LVDT primary coil, an LVDT secondary coil, a servo card, a data processing unit, atripping relay and an oscilloscope, wherein the valve body is connected with the oil motor; the connecting rod is connected with the oil motor and the LVDT iron core; the LVDT primary coil and the LVDT secondary coil are both matched with the LVDT iron core; the servo card is connected with the LVDT primary coil; the data processing unit is connected with the LVDT secondary coil; and the data processing unit and the tripping relay are both connected with the oscilloscope.
