Zusammenfassung:The invention provides fermented milk for improving an autonomic nervous function. The invention provides a food product for improving the autonomic nervous function which can be easily and familiarlyingested. The fermented milk is used for improving autonomic nervous function containing at least one lactic acid bacterial species of the genus Lactobacillus and its metabolite. The lactic acid bacterial species of the genus Lactobacillus is selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus rhamnosusand Lactobacillus acidophilus.
