Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a rapid specific quantitative analysis method for bacteria based on element-labeled laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps of firstly designing anoligonucleotide single chain simultaneously containing an aptamer and a polythymine sequence, wherein polythymine can be assembled to form copper nanoparticles, and the aptamer sequence can be specifically combined with the bacteria to be detected so as to realize the element marking; then enriching the marked bacteria by using a silicon nanowire array (SiNWs-Au@Ag) modified with silver-coated gold core-shell structure nanoparticles; and finally, carrying out quantitative analysis on the bacteria by using an LIBS method. According to the method, the defects that an LIBS analysis method for correspondingly detecting intrinsic elements of bacteria in the prior art has the risk of being interfered by an environmental matrix and does not have specificity, are overcome, the rapid and efficientspecific quantitative anal |
