A pre-configuration strategy comprises the steps that a reference model coordinate system is provided, and external measurement devices are configured in the reference model coordinate system; a fusion orbit determination strategy uses a preset fusion orbit determination algorithm to process obtained detection data so as to generate a fusion track; guide data reflects a prediction position and a prediction speed corresponding to the fusion track; and a drop point prediction strategy obtains a plurality of guide data in real time, and performs drop point prediction according to the obtained guide data.
