In order to solve the technical problemsin the prior art, the coupling device of the execution motor comprises the execution motor, a cross axle universal joint coupling arranged at the upper part of the execution motor, and a base coupling part at the bottom of the execution motor. Through rough adjustment and fine adjustment of a shaft shoulder gap of the cross axle universal joint coupling, the advantage of high axial compensation quantity of the cross axle universal joint coupling is effectively used, so that the mounting coaxiality of the execution motor and a steering gear box can be effectively improved, the operation is stable, and the shaking problem of the steering gear box is solved.
