Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a vertical supported TMD mounting structure and a construction method. The vertical supported TMD mounting structure is characterized in that brackets are fixedly arranged belowa floor slab, a damper supporting frame is arranged at the bottom of a TMD, and the damper supporting frame is fixedly arranged on the brackets; and a damping structure is arranged between a mass block of the TMD and the damper supporting frame so that the mass block can oscillate in the vertical direction under the influence of the damping structure. During construction, at least two rope penetrating through holes are formed in the floor slab, hoisting frames are arranged above the rope penetrating through holes, and hoisting devices are arranged on the hoisting frames; steel wire ropes of the hoisting devices penetrate through the rope penetrating through holes to be fixedly connected with the damper supporting frame, and the TMD is integrally hoisted; and when the TMD is hoisted to theposition close to the bra
